Homemaker Chore

Provides general household maintenance provided by

a trained homemaker for clients unable to manage

the home and care for themselves.

Duties may include:

• Meal Preparation
• Dishwashing
• Cleaning Kitchen
• Changing or Making Beds
• Shopping for Essentials
• Assistance Paying Bills
• Tidying / Dusting
• Cleaning Floors Trash
• Laundry

Respite Care

In-home respite care services include companionship and supervision in the home to provide temporary relief for the regular caregivers of a dependent adult, likely living alone.

Advanced Respite Care

Intended to provide relief for caregivers who lives with a patient with special needs. Client illness requiring this kind of service may include heart problems, Parkinson, Lou Gehrig’s Disease, Alzheimer's, stroke, and others.

Personal Care

Medically oriented maintenance services to assist with the activities of daily living when assistance does not require devices and procedures related to altered body functions.

Examples are assistance with:

• Dietary
• Dressing / Grooming
• Personal Hygiene/Bathing
• Tolieting
• Mobility / Transfer
• Medication Reminders

Advanced Personal Care

These services provide assistance with daily activities requiring devices or procedure related to altered body functions.

RN Visits

Nurses are provided to increase supervision to personal care aides,

perform intensified health care assessment for clients with stable, chronic conditions, etc.

Nurses may be available to:

• Medications Monthly
• Diabetic Nail Care Skin
• Condition Monitoring
• Supervise Advanced Services
